This is actually fixed in stable/diablo already in commit
https://github.com/openstack-dev/devstack/commit/411b3c67a5d1828aacb62f23c993ed8a4c799a27
.

Be sure you are using openstack-dev github repo (the cloudbuilders one is
no longer the definitive devstack repo).

Those bugs are all fixed in the master branch a while ago.
