To create a container with "st" tool:

http://docs.openstack.org/bexar/openstack-object-storage/admin/content/ch04s10.html

curl command would be something like:

curl -i -X PUT -H 'x-auth-token: <token>'  'http://127.0.0.1:8080/v1/<token>/<container_name>'
