problem with uploading virtual image

Hi
I want to upload an image to openstack, but even after I set the proper
credentials, when I use uec-publish-tarball I this error message:
cert must be specified.
private key must be specified.
user must be specified.
ec2cert must be specified.
when I tape euca-describe-image or nova list it works just fine.
Any Ideas??
