Our weekly project & release status meeting will take place at *21:00
UTC* this Tuesday in #openstack-meeting on IRC. Old Essex and
newly-elected Folsom PTLs are welcome to join -- if you can't make it,
please name a substitute on [2].

We'll review the RC1 bug lists and evaluate ETA for RC1 publication
based on current progress.
