Hello everyone,

Our weekly project & release status meeting will take place at 21:00
UTC this Tuesday in #openstack-meeting on IRC. PTLs, if you can't make
it, please name a substitute on [2].

We will look into Essex RC status for all projects: if a RC respin is
needed, and what is its ETA.

More timezones went to DST over the last weekend, so please doublecheck
what "21:00 UTC" actually means for your timezone at [1]:
