Issue with keystone-2012.1~rc1.tar.gz -- unable to authorize user

Hello,
Installed keystone-2012.1~rc1.tar.gz.
Following this url to configure:
http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/install/content/setting-up-tenants-users-and-roles.html

When I tried to
keystone --token 012345SECRET99TOKEN012345 --endpoint http://192.168.198.85:35357/v2.0 tenant-create --name openstackDemo --description "Default
Tenant" --enabled true

I am getting
No handlers could be found for logger "keystoneclient.client"
Unable to authorize user

In the console log,
it says

Is this a bug or is something in my keystone.conf not set properly?

Any lead is appreciated.
Thanks,
-Vijay
