While a bit crowded, the heat project intends to deliver AWS
CloudFormations APIs (and perhaps Tosca or other relevant standards down
the road) rather then reinvent devops toolchains which are already done
well with puppet/chef/etc.  Don't know of any project handling the AWS
CloudFormations API objective.
