thanks for having a look at this. The link is
https://github.com/openstack/nova/blob/master/nova/tests/rpc/test_kombu.py

The error can be triggered with
python nova/testing/runner.py -w .
nova/tests/rpc/test_kombu.py:RpcKombuTestCase.test_iterconsume_errors_will_reconnect
