Swift-get-nodes should be exactly the tool you can try, but As I know, swift-dispersion-report and populate are out of maintenance.

A more useful tool might be the swift-dispersion-report and -populate tools which is designed to place objects across the cluster and report on the replica availability and cluster health from a cron or something.
