Ok, here's what I'm going to try - it might help others too

I've set up a filter to catch mails containing:

  Gerrit-Reviewer: Mark McLoughlin

and move them into a "myreviews" folder. That way I separate follow-ups
to my reviews from all the rest of the gerrit spam
