[Dashboard] Can't access images/snapshots

Hello,

I keep running into this error when i try to list the images/snapshot in
dashboard: http://paste.openstack.org/show/17820/

This is my local_settings.py file: http://paste.openstack.org/show/17822/ ,
am i missing something?
