Hi Mark, 

I forgot to grab the blueprint but I finally got around to start working on this. I'll hopefully have something to put up for review next week.

This version just support's basic GET/POST ops to retrieve the rings or to view/alter/add devices to the ring in bulk.

Having someone else adding features as well would be awesome!
