Re: [OpenStack][Nova] Multi-host ip mix up.

 

It is pretty clear that the vm is not getting an ip address. DHCP is clearly failing. I'm guessing 10.0.9.7 is the ip address that nova has assigned to one of the hosts in your system, perhaps the compute host where the vm is running. You have to find out what is happening to the dhcp request from the vm using tcpdump. Somehow it the request isn't making it to dnsmasq or the response is not making it back.
