[Nova] After rebooting an LXC instance, no longer be able to SSH to it

Hi all,

I have faced a situation where, if an LXC instance is rebooted by logging
into it as root user, I no longer was able to remotely logged into it (SSH).

But I can ping to that instance.

Is it a known issue ? if so, would like to know if there is any workaround.
