Have you tried 'apt-get update' before checking the repository ?

Keystone should be "2012.2~rc1-0ubuntu1~cloud0" in Cloud Archive [1]

My understanding is version 2012.1 is Essex?  I must be missing something or doing something real silly, any help would be very appreciated.
