No proper displau with Horizon

Good day everyone,

I have installed OpenStack Folsom successfully but i am experiencing a wierd bug in the dashboard: It's not giving me any proper display.
This is the error log i got from apache, http://pastebin.com/P44Edku5
it seems like it is looking for an endpoint which are all there and working fine.

P.S: I used this script to populate my database
