Find a issue on http://api.openstack.org/

Hi all,

I find an issue on the http://api.openstack.org/ pages.

For the following API, when invoking, it will return 404 error.

I have to add the {tenant_id} after the v2 to invoke them.

Is it a mistake in this page?
