The OpenStack Technical Committee ("TC") met in #openstack-meeting at
20:00 UTC yesterday.

Here is a quick summary of the outcome of this meeting:

* The TC agreed on a general vision on the question of the future of
Incubation and Core within the new OpenStack governance, based on a
separation between trademark issues and what projects can actually grow
within the OpenStack development umbrella. The approved direction is
based on Mark McLoughlin and Anne Gentle proposals on the recent ML
thread[1].

* We selected Mark McLoughlin and Anne Gentle to represent the TC in the
joint committee that the Board of Directors will form to discuss that
issue. Russell Bryant and Thierry Carrez will act as substitutes if needed.
