Firstly, it may because your services stopped running, as you list at the last mail.
so you can't create an instance successfully.

Otherwise, it may because you should add sudo before virsh list, like 'sudo virsh list'.

     i have created an instance of flavor 'tiny' , when i ran 'virsh list' command it shows a 


empty table all below
