If you do upgrade to Grizzly (either with Devstack or Ubuntu packages) check these pages https://github.com/osrg/ryu/wiki/OpenStack

They are quite complete, we used them as a reference for our lab installation.

I would have to defer to the normal Ubuntu OpenStack install/upgrade procedures here, I'm not an expert in that area.
