Yes, that was fixed when I was able to resolve the hostname.
Restart openstack-nova-* services and check.

As far as resetting master password is concerned, I think you must
do so in "keystonerc_admin" file and restart openstack-* services.
Again run source "keystonerc_admin". This should do.
