here is the debian package

you add to your /etc/apt/source.list

deb http://osm.komzpa.net/~mdupont/osm/ gjergi-osm main
deb-src http://osm.komzpa.net/~mdupont/osm/ gjergi-osm main

apt-get install webkitimageqt
should work.
