Plan:
- Make lessonType responsable for running the item modifiers. Maybe by passing in a lambda or a list with all item modifiers specified in the words teacher inside?
- TtsProviders then automatically get the right data.
- Also for list modifiers? I'd say no, keeps the lessonTypes easier.

Status in OpenTeacher:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  If I now choose the item modifier 'foreign/known', the TTS doesn't
  respect that choice and keeps saying the normal word question.
