  recently opened view buggy

Status in OpenTeacher:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The recently opened view contains a lot of duplicates. Also, it needs
  to show a nice error message if a file isn't available anymore. (E.g.
  if it's deleted.) Or maybe it can be removed from the view then.
