Current FIXME's left for 3.0 (according to regexxer):
- otmd saver should use resources in the same way as topo.
- (re)translation of enterers and teachers of topo and media
- fixme's in testMode (12, but mostly minor as far as I could see)

The others are all targeted for 3.1 or later in the code.

  To make the module system work flawlessy and have everything
  translatable etc., all FIXME's should be fixed before the final
  release.
