This line:
/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/openerp-6.1_20130312_004213-py2.7.egg is being added to sys.path
confirms my suspicion that you have have a global openerp 6.1 that interferes with your 7.0 installation.

Start your 7.0 server on the console (stop the service before) and
verify that it only loads the base module from your 7.0 branch. Also
verify that the config file your 7.0 installation uses points to the 7.0
versions in base path and addons path.

If you can't figure it out, post the (complete) log of your openerp 7.0
server, from starting up until the stack trace.
