Thanks, looks like the upgrade went well. From your logs, I gather that
there are two workflow activities that are not handled properly in the
migration scripts. Can you post the output of the following SQL, run on
your original 6.1 database? This will tell us which activities they are.

    select module, name from ir_model_data where model =
'workflow.activity' and res_id in (37, 38);
