Pedro Manuel Baeza proposed the following answer:
Carlos, OpenUpgrade only includes addons and server part of OpenERP, so
you need web-addons part of official v7 to get it working as usually
(login on web client). Download it for example from lp:openerp-web/7.0,
and add it to the addons_path as Stefan has said.
