>From Antony's preso at SCALE conf, the new params for a v3 CREATE TABLE.

CREATE TABLE tblname (
  <as v2>
) ENGINE=OQGRAPH
  DATA_TABLE='tblname'     -- name of persistent storage table
  ORIGID='colname'         -- name of origid column in storage table
  DESTID='colname'         -- name of destid column in storage table
  WEIGHT='colname'         -- name of weight column (optional)

So Andrew, the DATA_TABLE, ORIGID, DESTID cols need to be mandatory in the create table code, if they're not present or not valid, the function needs to return fail.
