Ok.

I'd like us to aim for a merge-ready version soon.
Doesn't have to be perfect, but functionally equivalent to v2.

The fact that there is now a more comprehensive testsuite is also a great bonus.
Meant we'll be able to catch more fun from the wild.
Getting it out there should yield good bugreports of people trying stuff.
