  Preseed the keys for rsyslog server

Status in “orchestra” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When mpreseeding a server it needs to install the keys for the client
  to be able to connect to the logging server. For this reason we need
  to preseed a late command.
