Bug description:
  new package ubuntu-orchestra-client-juju says:

    This virtual package includes the tools necessary for an Orchestra Client
    to work with Juju.

  but it doesn't include anything, it just depends on other packages.
  better to change the description to e.g.

  This virtual package installs the tools necessary for an Orchestra Client
    to work with Juju.
