Title:
please migrate DNSMASQ customization to /etc/dnsmasq.d/ and stop
hacking the default DNSMASQ configuration in postinst!

Status in “orchestra” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  debian/ubuntu-orchestra-provisioning-server.postinst currently
performs all sorts of customizations on /etc/dnsmasq.conf, which is
extremely undesirable as it can destroy someone's existing settings.
Instead, please install your customizations into /etc/dnsmasq.d
/ubuntu-orchestra-provisioning-server and let DNSMASQ read them from
  there. Thanks!
