Preseeds need to be modified upstream.

it's a collection of pressed changes to try to bring cobbler's
capabilities for EL/Fedora to Debian/Ubuntu.

In particular, I'm missing the pxe_just_once feature which is QUITE
useful when combined with power management.

enlist is not an upstream thing so pre seeds should not rely on it
(unless upstreamed), but there is a built-in registration hook

Bug description:
  Currently the default preseed provides an install menu to allow people
  to select a release to install.  It should instead preseed cobbler-
  enlist options to do enlistment with cobbler.
