The current proposal is to simplify the /wp development process and give us a seamless rollout. We want to create a wp.theosdf.org site with our new theme, which allows content to control the page layout on every page. We'll grant access to the content folks when we have everything configured and allow them to fill out the pages. Once that is complete, we can replace the current site with the new completely WordPress site with the new content seamlessly. By the time content is filled out on the new WordPressified site, we should be beyond the FCC deadline and be well on our way to our next piece of marketing anyway. The trade off: This optimizes speed of development over matching the layout of the current site exactly and allows tech to focus on the drupal series while content gets total control of theosdf.org until we have a better management system in place. Since the WordPress theme will be replaced with drupal anyway, I think this is a good trade. ~ Andrew
