This is really cool, but I don't think we're ready to be looking at technologies yet. We need to think about how we want to be organized. Because that is going to determine what kind of results we are going to get long term. 

Might be a good idea to set up a brain trust of the grassroots organizers (and anyone else that wants to discuss this, which is probably everyone =) and hash out what / where / why we want go organizationally. But that gives us a starting point to look at technologies and evaluate them on how they meet those goals.
