Listserver recommendations

I was thinking we should install / use a listserver for the other teams, so they don't have to go through LaunchPad...

Is there something easier to manage subscribe / unsubscribe than MajorDomo that we could install? (given that this is for non-technical staff) 

OR is there a service we can use to host our lists that is also easy to manage?
