Hey everyone,

It's that time again for an "all hands on deck" call for developers. We 
need your help bringing the new website to fruition. Without a new 
website, there's NO WAY (none) Net Neutrality is going to stay in place 
or be improved. You don't want that weighing on your conscience, do you? 
Of course you don't. So download the attachment, look at its contents, 
and ask me questions.

Also, I need some replies as to when is a good time to meet on IRC. I 
want to get people coordinating on this ASASP.

The current development plan:
Phase 1 - the markup

   * Complete the markup
         o use images provided by the designer to markup every type of
           page required for the site
               + main (landing) page
               + blog page (use the landing page as a template)
                     # blog "index"
                     # individual blog entry
                     # comment styles (non-critical)
               + static pages

Phase 2 - wrap it with wordpress

   * wrap the completed markup with wordpress functions
         o top right links should be controllable from the links
           section (wp-admin)
   * wishlist
         o change logo without editing the theme (from admin panel)
         o specify the blog entry to be displayed on the landing page,
           rather than just the newest one
         o probably more stuff as I think of it, like a widget section
           somewhere, just to be cool

We'll need to use launchpad to collaborate. Let me know if there are any 
questions using it. The code attached can be found at 
https://code.launchpad.net/~daimoneze/osdf/wp-theme-v2. You may branch 
the code using Bazaar to get started.
