as discussed in our meeting, i've come up with a list of drupal 7 themes
that we might consider.  keep in mind that we can customize any of these,
and some of them have built-in support for changing colors (i've tried to
note this where possible, but some themes may have more configuration
options mentioned in their project pages).

in the list below, the theme name is followed by its drupal project page
link, then by a demo page link, and possibly some comments.  from what i
have seen, the themes by kiwi themes seem to be the most thorough, i.e. they
seem to have themed all potential aspects of the site (which is important).
