Good interface design practices call for always having a link/button to
return the user to the starting point.  I see the confusion of the
location though and this will be moved.

Bug description:
On the main OSHIP Management Interface page instructions are given. When you click on the links for the termserver page or demos page, the first line on such a new page reads:

Return to the OSHIP Management Interface.

This looks very much like an instruction, but it is not. Probably better to have this line below the instructions for someone who wants to execute the instructions at a later point in time, or not shown at all (one can use the 'Back' button of the browser, instead).
