Hi Charles,
I think your best bet is now to read the introductory tutorial on
Grok, and then study the example blood pressure application.
I think you can create the FAQ in Launchpad yourself now. It will be a
community effort to add the answer in the course of time.
AFAICT, there has no guideline been established yet on where to put custom code.
