HKCR bin/buildout

Hi Tarsis,

Environment:  Intel X86_64 (Core2 Duo) Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, AMD64

When I try to install HKCR according to the FAQ
https://answers.launchpad.net/hkcr/+faq/689

(well, not exactly according to the FAQ. I created a Python2.6.5 virtual
environment first instead of an empty directory.)

I get the following error:

Installing instance.
While:
  Installing instance.
Error: There is a version conflict.
We already have: zope.component 0.0
but zope.location 3.9.0 requires 'zope.component>=3.8.0'.
but zope.site 3.9.1 requires 'zope.component>=3.8.0'.

Of course the error is totally non-sensical. But I believe it is caused by a fake-egg. Can you tell us what Plone uses fake eggs for?
Also why do they stipulate a version 3.8.0 and yet in the fake-egg zope.component; the version is set to 0.0?

By the way: I did get several Syntax errors on the first pass when running buildout. It wasn't just mr.developer. Maybe some of the packages aren't capable of running on an AMD_64?

Cheers,
Tim
