I commited a code that express how to search a party. My next step will be
include a legal identity to the search catalog (which applys only for Actor
Objects). The actual code is also at revision 426.

I Thought that it could be implemented using the mindset defined at the
specification : Using the Services[1] concept of Domain Driven Design.

There're several ways to express a behavior programmatically, of course. It
was just a suggestion.
