All that I can say ahead that the atbldr.py and adl2xsd.py aren't working
because I'll have big deal with them. Changing those after all modules
converted will help me to achieve the goal more easily. I thinking catch
this oportunity to do some enhancements on them, such as provide then as
true shell scripts using the setuptools configuration[1] and generate code
to outside from the project package directory.

If there are some inconvenience with this approach, sorry about that. I'll
fix all modules left today(That's my today's work plan)
