Project Changes

Hi All,

First I want to welcome our new Project Manager, Eduado Cesár. He is
now running the OSHIPpy development. I also want to thank Diego for
his efforts in cleaning up the code and putting us on a good test driven
development track.

Eduardo, your first task is to re-target all of the outstanding OSHIP
bug reports and blueprints to the archive code branch at:
https://code.launchpad.net/~oship-dev/oshippy/oship-1

I will delete the old OSHIP branches soon and re-purpose the OSHIP space
as an umbrella development space for all languages OSHIPrb, OSHIPlua,
OSHIPjava, etc.

I will soon be pushing a new development branch to the OSHIPpy trunk and
publishing some blueprints. The new development track is entirely MLHIM
2.0 based. If anyone wants to continue development of the openEHR
compatible branch it will always be here. :-)

With OSHIPpy 2.0 we are taking a leaner approach with a goal of being
more agnostic about web platforms. I believe that my (yet unpublished)
ideas will bring OSHIP capability to all Python web frameworks. More
news in a few days.

In the interim. Work on HKCR is essential now that I have published the
new CCD template. Anyone interested in discussing how to create CCDs
with it should inquire on the MLHIM Owners mailing list
https://launchpad.net/~mlhim-owners

Cheers,
Tim
