[Bug 379869] [NEW] .bzrignore should also contain oship/parts/etc and oship/src/oship/openehr/py_files

The files in oship/parts/etc are generated and/or local to every developer.
The python files in oship/src/oship/openehr/py_files are generated (AND SHOULD NOT BE MANUALLY TWEAKED??)
The log files in oship/src/oship/openehr/py_files should probably be created in oship/parts/log ?
