  method validateType is not called in PartyRef initialization.

Status in Open Source Health Information Platform - Python:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The method validateType is defined in the body of PartyRef but is not
  called upon initialization to check that constraint; it is currently
  commented out in IPartyRef.
