API version

Hi,

One thing I wanted to do before getting Oxide in to the archive was
change the QML API version to 1.0, which will be the version we release
(it's currently 0.1). Unfortunately, this didn't happen.

Would anyone mind if we did this now? It would mean changing it in all
consumers as well.
