1.3 released today, available for inclusion in the image by tomorrow
1.4 branched by the end of the week - should include MH + the chromedriver
1.4 should be officially released around Christmas; probably 1st week of
January

scrolling issues: could be similar to issue observed in the Dash, due to
lower level / driver issues (touch events?) Will follow up with Kaleo

UA string issue with Facebook - Alex / David to look into why the Android
UA string still results in a broken photo upload button

*4. Misc*

Discussion about testing the browser with a new confinement policy
Experimentations about the new webapp.manifest support upstream; will
require a security audit
