No build yet

MH can sitll go in though. Justin still needs to look into styling issue
and Chris will send feedback about the last class that needs review. Plan
is to merge in next week, once all changes are done.

*2. Features*

Top-header -> 1.5, working on more test cases

*3. Bugs*

Discussion of the FS API problems. There is a general problem with storage
APIs requiring access to the filesystem. This requires a higher level
approach with a new protocol handler generally. Chris will investigate that
next.

*4. Misc.*

The infamous multi-arch problem...: we can't really change the way the
build system works and generates the codecs; will need to follow up with
Timo and see how to play with .install and control files.
